The Legacy MY POLICY mobile APP has also been designed to assist the broker with the compliance of TCF and more specifically:

  • Stay compliant with TCF Outcome 5: Ensure clients have direct access to accurate policy and claims info
  • Support TCF Outcome 6: Allow clients to submit claims easily, removing traditional service barriers.
  • Receive real-time notifications of client activity on the app.
  • Intervene or assist clients at any point in the policy or claims process.
